About Us

IITK Motorsports has a vision - “Design & Build a Race Car”. We have four divisions, formula style racing car, all terrain vehicles, electric vehicles, efficient vehicles, with the last two being formed for the very first time this year. The first formula racing car we built, participated and performed decently in Formula Student Italy in September 2013. Since then we have come a long way, participated in several competitions round the nation bring pride to the institute. Our last vehicle B19, was an all terrain vehicle that secured the 13th position in the MegaATV Championship. We are currently working to participate in the Shell Eco Marathon and also building our first electric vehicle.
